Boeing Pulse Ejector Thrust Augmenter
VTOL Boeing is developing a new type of Vertical
Take-off and Landing concept and is utilizing our concept visualization
services to help secure R&D funding from DARPA. Check out a sample from the technical
marketing video MECHSIM produced for Boeing by clicking on the image below. CLICK IMAGE BELOW TO VIEW Pulse- Jet
VIDEO CLIP ARMY THEATER SUPPORT VESSEL (TSV) MechSim developed a video for the Boeing Company depicting the
advantages and use of a logistics floor system to be installed on the Army
TSV vessels. The video illustrates the system components and
functionality as well as shows typical use in a deployment scenario.
MechSim also provided structural analysis and design refinement for the
various restraint components (welds, rollers, rails, locks). |

ITL-T/Maersk CONTRAIL CONTRAIL is a platform that enables
shipping of oversize vehicles on standard containerships underdeck. MECHSIM has developed concept
demonstration videos, training videos and user manuals for ITL-T and Maersk. To view a sample of the CONTRAIL
video in low resolution, click on the image below. CLICK IMAGE BELOW TO VIEW CONTRAIL
VIDEO CLIP JMIDS, JMIP, JMIC Program -
TACOM-ARDEC, Ammunition Logistics MechSim has been assisting Picatinny Arsenal
with engineering services for several years. We have developed concept
demonstration videos for the JMIC-container, several JMIP platforms and
support systems, and other innovative ammunition-transportation and logistics
devices developed by TACOM-ARDEC. We have also conducted numerous
engineering studies and analyses (FEA, Dynamics) in support of these systems. |

DTSS is a topographical data processing and printing system
built into a shelter and mounted on a HMMWV truck. MechSim used solid
modeling and kinematics to evaluate component placement and maintenance procedures.
The images below show the improved plotter mounting and removal
configuration. Also shown is the plotter shock mounting configuration.
MechSim can provide full motion simulation to support Army specific test
requirements such as Rail Impact Testing, Road, Shock and Vibration Testing,
Physical Characteristics (weight and CG), and High Temperature, Radiation
Testing. Simulating these tests facilitates successful design, reduces risks,
and reduces live test requirements. These capabilities are backed by
substantial verification and validation experience. |
